I will sustain you and I will rescue you. And this is an assurance for us all as individuals and even as a ministry. From the early birth of this ministry the Lord has carried it as we have sought to serve Him. We have seen this firsthand, for though Ravi is unable to travel for many months, the global team has been active and intentional as they speak and share the credibility of the Gospel in many parts of our world. Remarkable doors have opened to them even in the past few months.
Thank you for standing with us. And as you pray for us so faithfully, please be reminded that we pray for you as well. We pray that our God will sustain you and carry you wherever you walk today.
Engaging Today's Culture with RZIM:
- Coming Soon: RZIM Summer Offer
Our Summer Offer will be available May 29. This new offer features RZIM's latest products including Ravi Zacharias's three new books, The End of Reason, New Birth or Rebirth: Jesus Talks to Krishna, and Is There Not a Cause? (the official book of the National Day of Prayer). The offer also includes two new CD sets, "By Whose Standards?" and "The Gospel Yesterday, Today, and Forever," featuring messages from RZIM's itinerant speakers, and the much anticipated DVD "Is America Really Christian?," featuring Ravi Zacharias and comedian Jeff Foxworthy. - The End of Reason by Ravi Zacharias
When author Sam Harris attacked Christianity in Letter to a Christian Nation, reviewers called the book "marvelous" and a generation of readers-hundreds of thousands of them-were drawn to his message. Deeply troubled, Dr. Ravi Zacharias knew that he had to respond. In The End of Reason, Zacharias underscores the dependability of the Bible along with his belief in the power and goodness of God. He confidently refutes Harris's claims that God is nothing more than a figment of one's imagination and that Christians regularly practice intolerance and hatred around the globe. His book offers powerful, passionate, and an irrefutably sound set of arguments for Christian thought. The clarity and hope in these pages reach out to readers who know and follow God as well as to those who follow other paths. Click here to purchase this book. - Is America Really Christian? DVD
Does "In God We Trust" define us? At what point should religious morality become law? Is America really about life, liberty, and the pursuit of the Christian way? We are living at a time when Western culture and values have their footings firmly planted in mid-air. America is castigated by the religious world for being so secular and by the secular world for being too religious. Why this confusion? These feature presentations include messages and Q&A by Ravi Zacharias, Michael Ramsden, and comedian Jeff Foxworthy before a crowd of 3,500 at the Atlanta Civic Center. Experience an unforgettable evening of reflection, laughter, and soul-stirring answers to the spiritual questions of our time. Visit our store here on May 29 to order this product or any other featured product on the Summer Offer. - Summer Opportunities

Prakash Yesudian is glad to be home after fourteen days of travel and teaching. He finds it amazing to look back at the wonderful time he was able to spend with friends at RZIM in Atlanta, and then at the Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii. He gave fourteen lectures and led two devotions for 129 leaders from 59 countries while in Maui. The Lord enabled him to accomplish a lot during his stay there. It was an added privilege to counsel and pray with some participants. Prakash says that his heart is full of gratitude to God for opening this door for him to motivate leaders from so many countries. Now he is back in Chennai to lead two devotionals at the RZIM academy. He will then leave for the South Indian town of Pavoorchatram for a two-day church revival at the end of the month.

Middle East Senem: Turkey
Last week Senem participated at the annual meeting of the Association of Christian Media & Publications serving in Turkey. It was an informative and productive time of exchanging ideas and partnerships. The greatest problem still waits to be solved: the distribution of Christian materials. Ongoing prayer is needed for this process. Work has begun on the translation of Ravi's title Can Man Live Without God? Senem says it is a challenging and satisfying translation project. This title was chosen purposely to use as a theme for some possible secular university addresses to be presented by Ravi Zacharias during his visit there in 2009. Please pray for clear wisdom as Senem tries to bring this immensely rich book to life in Turkish.
China Three RZIM friends from Hong Kong flew to Oxford, England, for the final Zacharias Trust training weekend to be trained, fed, and to see firsthand what the ministry is about. These friends are in positions of influence in their particular circles of business, and they are particularly interested in seeing how RZIM might help engage those communities and help feed the church.
Grace Lee writes, "The questions they were asking were, 'How can Hong Kong benefit from the resources offered by RZIM? How and when can the itinerant team members (and also, in this case, John Lennox from Oxford) be available to come to Hong Kong to bring enthusiasm to the body of Christ and provide ongoing teaching in evangelism and apologetics?' Great questions! I am so glad they're asking and are so keenly interested to explore the possibilities. Upon departing, one of these dear friends said, 'China needs this teaching. Your challenge is to piece it together.' So, please pray boldly for me."
Please know that we are here to serve you in any way that we can. Feel free to contact us by phone at (770) 449-6766 or via our website, www.rzim.org.
