The standard cost of the RZIM Summer Institute is $1,495 per person. This price includes accommodation in Evans or Williston Halls, all meals, refreshments, tuition and materials. The standard cost assumes double occupancy. There are, however, a limited number of private rooms available on a first-come, first serve basis, at an additional cost of $200. Married couples will be accommodated in the same room at the cost of $2,890 per couple.

The RZIM Summer Institute is intended to be a residential week. However, those who would particularly like to stay elsewhere are welcome to make alternative arrangements. In this case, the cost for the RZIM Summer Institute is $1,295 per person, which includes all meals, refreshments, tuition, and materials. There is a $200 discount for registrations made before April 30, 2009.
